• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations in private homes and some assisted living settings to assess functi.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve activities of daily living (ADLs) and instru.

• Provide therapeutic interventions addressing mobility, strength, coordination, cognitive function, and fine.

Requirements

• Must have either an MN or WI Occupational Therapy license, both would be preferred but not required.

• Proof of application for alternate state within 4 weeks of start (if both MN and WI OT licenses are not present on start date).

• Must have vehicle, valid driver's license with auto insurance.

• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate use of English grammar and spelling.

• Salary: $70/hr

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.

• No weekends required.

• Day shift only - no nights.
