Join Cedars-Sinai as a Liver Transplant Pharmacist – No Weekends in United States.

Key Responsibilities

• will maintain the quality and support of highly immunocompromised patients requiring high level of specialized services.

• will help manage nephrology consults, pre-transplant infusions for highly sensitized patients, post-transplant infusion patients, and cover in-patient services including managing non-formulary requests.

• will also participate with in-patient rounding which would include discharge teachings, medication reconciliation, ordering and coordinating last minute medication changes prior to discharge.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $140K - $225K

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Day shift only - no nights.
