Requirements

A Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree is required, along with at least one year of pharmacy experience. Candidates must be eligible for licensure by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy, obtain the license within 30 days, and possess or obtain certifications for Sterile Compounding (IV), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within specified timeframes.
