About the Role
Join Allies4Outcomes as an Intensive Support Social Worker in North Carolina. This role supports child welfare programs by addressing backlog cases, conducting assessments, and providing case management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess reports of abuse, neglect, and dependency.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop service plans.
- Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations.
- Support Family In-Home Services and Permanency Planning.
Requirements
- At least five years experience in Child Protective Services in NC.
- Forensic training preferred.
- Knowledge of NC policy and child welfare laws.
- Master's degree in social work or related field with experience.
Benefits & Compensation
- Hourly pay $45.00 - $60.00.

Work Schedule
- 20 to 38 hours per week.
- Weekend and after-hours on-call required.
