Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant will administer personalized physical therapy treatment plans to patients within their homes to improve strength and mobility. They are responsible for documenting clinical records, coordinating with the Physical Therapist, and maintaining safety and infection control standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current state license to practice Physical Therapy and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. A current CPR certification and experience working with the geriatric population are also required.
