The Registered Nurse Educator is responsible for fostering a culture of excellence through clinical staff training, competency assessments, and ongoing education. They also oversee infection control programs and ensure facility compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
Candidates must hold a current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license and possess a nursing degree from an accredited institution. Experience in acute care or long-term care settings, along with a background in staff education or policy implementation, is highly desirable.
