Key Responsibilities

• develop individualized treatment plans that support mobility, safety, and functional goals.

• manage pain, and make simple home modifications that support independence.

Requirements

• Valid Iowa driver’s license.

• Current vehicle insurance.

• Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Iowa

• Current Basic Life Support certification.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $75,019 - $93,774 / year

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.

• No weekends required.
