About the Role
Join Extra Steps Pediatric Therapies as a Occupational Therapist – Fee for Service, Flexible Hours in United States. Extra Steps Pediatric Therapies, a subsidiary of Minute Man Arc, is looking for a part time Fee- for-Service occupational therapist to join our growing team! We provide developmentally appropriate, multidisciplinary services for children ages 3-22.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct services to clients planning, implementing and administering therapeutic programs to restore and enhance performance in individuals with developmental delays and other diagnoses.
- Observes and records individuals progress, attitudes and behavior and maintains this information in electronic records management software, Fusion.
- Communicates and collaborates with other health care professionals and the family involved with the care of the individual.
- Evaluates and instructs children and families in home programs, activities of daily living, and the care and use of adaptive/therapeutic equipment.
Requirements
- Strong child development and therapeutic relationship skills.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards children and families.
- Implement the goals, objectives, policies and procedures of the program.
- Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $120K - $124K
Work Schedule
- Part-Time position.
- No weekends required.
- Day shift only - no nights.
- Flexible scheduling available.
