About the Role

Join Extra Steps Pediatric Therapies as a Occupational Therapist – Fee for Service, Flexible Hours in United States. Extra Steps Pediatric Therapies, a subsidiary of Minute Man Arc, is looking for a part time Fee- for-Service occupational therapist to join our growing team! We provide developmentally appropriate, multidisciplinary services for children ages 3-22.

Key Responsibilities

Direct services to clients planning, implementing and administering therapeutic programs to restore and enhance performance in individuals with developmental delays and other diagnoses.

Observes and records individuals progress, attitudes and behavior and maintains this information in electronic records management software, Fusion.

Communicates and collaborates with other health care professionals and the family involved with the care of the individual.

Evaluates and instructs children and families in home programs, activities of daily living, and the care and use of adaptive/therapeutic equipment.

Requirements

Strong child development and therapeutic relationship skills.

Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards children and families.

Implement the goals, objectives, policies and procedures of the program.

Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $120K - $124K

Work Schedule

Part-Time position.

No weekends required.

Day shift only - no nights.

Flexible scheduling available.
