About the Role

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a per diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) providing home health visits in Greenville, North Carolina. You will serve adult and geriatric patients across Pitt, Craven, and Beaufort counties.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits to evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care.
• Document care accurately using electronic medical records.

Requirements

• Current North Carolina license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of clinical competence or equivalent education and experience.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
