The role of the Regional Director (RD) is to support and strengthen the clinical operations, growth and overall success of the clinics.

A key role will be to assist and oversee the development of key staff within all clinics in their region.

It is important that the RD provides a high level of support to the clinic directors in terms of coaching and developing behaviors to create a successful clinic both operationally and culturally.

The RD will take the lead in marketing and building key physician relationship in their region, as well as be responsible for hiring and recruiting for their region.
