- The role of the Regional Director (RD) is to support and strengthen the clinical operations, growth and overall success of the clinics.
- A key role will be to assist and oversee the development of key staff within all clinics in their region.
- It is important that the RD provides a high level of support to the clinic directors in terms of coaching and developing behaviors to create a successful clinic both operationally and culturally.
