We're seeking a Senior Episodic Care Manager to join our Behavioral Health Team! The Senior Episodic Care Manager - Behavioral Health Autism Services utilizes advanced knowledge and experience in utilization management and medical reviews to perform varied senior-level functions for the department.

Key Responsibilities

Apply significant expertise in discharge planning and utilization management to expedite the coordination of services and equipment and facilitate safe and effective discharge plans for our members.

Provide precepting support and mentorship to new hires and/or those needing refresher assistance.

Salary: $81K - $130K

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.

Flexible scheduling available.

This position offers hybrid flexibility. Work with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina in North Carolina.

Requirements

Candidates must be a BCBA with a minimum of three years of clinical experience, plus additional direct experience in utilization management demonstrating success in meeting quality goals in an ECM role. A valid BCBA license within the US is required, along with having started the application process for an NC license.
