Job Description Summary The clinical pharmacy specialist will work within our outpatient clinics to help optimize patient outcomes and participate in interprofessional collaboration. This position reports to an Ambulatory Pharmacy Manager and collaborates closely with the clinic’s healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be motivated, possess a wide clinical knowledge base, demonstrate strong communication and time management skills, and be able to work in a team environment to provide safe and efficient patient care.
