About the Role

Join Crouse-Community Center Inc as a Social Worker – Community-Based, Flexible in United States.

Key Responsibilities

related to admissions, transfers and discharges of registrants from Senior Services.

This position is required to work a flexible work location schedule that accommodates the needs of the registrants and tenants.

80% of work week will be at the Adult Day Health Center (Morrisville and Sherburne) and 20% at the Supportive Housing at Community View Apartments (Morrisville).
