About the Role

Join BJC HealthCare as a Clinical Pharmacist Lead – Every 3rd Weekend in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluates medication orders for appropriateness with regard to patient condition, organ function and concomitant therapies to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Documents all activities and communication as appropriate.

Directs and manages workflow in focused area of pharmacy practice.

Activities include oversight of pharmacists, technicians, interns and volunteers ensuring the accuracy of their work in accordance with departmental procedures and Federal and State regulations.

Requirements

Pharmacy Experience 2

5 years Supervisor Experience < 2 years Licenses & Certifications Medication Therapy Srvcs in MO RPh Preferred Requirements Education Doctorate

Pharmacy Residency Doctorate

Pharmacy Residency Experience 5
