Travel Interim Director of Nursing (DON)

Key Responsibilities

The Interim Director of Nursing will lead clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor nursing teams across various skilled nursing and assisted living communities. They will partner with administrators to assess clinical performance and implement improvements to maintain high standards of resident care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold current RN licenses in both Wisconsin and Minnesota and possess a working knowledge of Wisconsin long-term care regulations. A minimum of one year of experience in a DON, DHS, or equivalent nursing leadership role is required.
