About the Role

Join Banner Health as a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Internal Medicine in United States.

Key Responsibilities

provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.

provide supervision in the provision of care to non-licensed personnel, in accordance with state scope of pr.

develop and coordinate the completion of documentation and the input of patient assessment data as required.

coordinate the admission process including new resident evaluations.

Requirements

May delegate and provide supervision in the provision of care to non-licensed personnel, in accordance with state scope of practice.

Promotes continuity of care by accurately and completely communicating to other caregivers the status of patients for whom care is provided.

Reports condition of patient, including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change in the patient’s condition to the registered nurse and/or physician.

Observes and reports patient progress towards goals and expected outcomes in collaboration with other health care team members.
