This academic role combines clinical care across outpatient clinics, nursing homes, and home visits with teaching responsibilities for fellows, residents, and medical students.

You will lead comprehensive geriatric assessments, conduct outpatient clinics, deliver lectures, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including social workers, pharmacists, and psychologists. Board certification in Family or Internal Medicine plus Geriatric Medicine is required. Experience in academic medicine and strong teaching skills are essential.
