Key Responsibilities

Design and develop pharmaceutical programs aligned with population health goals and healthcare policies.

Collaborate with healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and other specialists, to optimize medication therapy plans for specific patient populations.

Analyze population health data to identify medication-related trends, gaps in care, and opportunities for intervention.

Develop protocols for medication management, adherence, and safety, ensuring best practices are followed.
