Key Responsibilities

  • And Duties: Driving is an essential function of the job.
  • 90% Direct Patient Care - Evaluates and treats patients after physician referral.
  • Administers portions of the assessment that is assigned by the Occupational Therapist (OT) in which Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) has demonstrated to be competent.
  • Assists in reassessment process, reporting patient performance to the OT.

Requirements

  • Basic Life Support
  • American Heart Association, DL
  • Driver's License only if in a Home Care department
  • Department of Motor Vehicles, OTA
