Join Saint Luke's Health System as a Social Worker - Medication Assistance in United States. Job Description If you are a dynamic, motivated individual who is driven to create healthier communities through excellent patient care, Saint Luke’s Hospital - Plaza has a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Social Worker in our in-patient environment. Monday – Friday 7:30am-4:00pm.

Key Responsibilities
