About the Role

Headspace seeks part-time, independently licensed contractor therapists to provide virtual mental health care across Connecticut. Flexible teletherapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver teletherapy via HIPAA-compliant video platform.
• Complete clinical notes within 48 hours.
• Maintain licensure and availability.
• Collaborate with care team including psychiatrists and health coaches.

Requirements

• Independent clinical license at Master or Doctoral level.
• Minimum 3 years psychotherapy experience.
• Ability to provide at least 10 sessions weekly.
• Competence in evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness).
• Reliable internet and private workspace.
