About the Role
Join HHC as a Trauma Counselor - Legacy House (Full/Part-Time Openings!) in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients and families to assess needs related to trauma and care coordination.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to develop individualized care plans.
- Manage a caseload of clients, identifying therapeutic, advocacy, and care needs while engaging team support.
- Assist with applications for orders of protection and provide court support for clients.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work plus a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a mental health setting.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), LMHC, or LMFT required.
- What We’re Looking For: Strong commitment to trauma-informed care and client advocacy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
