About the Role

Join HHC as a Trauma Counselor - Legacy House (Full/Part-Time Openings!) in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with clients and families to assess needs related to trauma and care coordination.

Collaborate with clients and team members to develop individualized care plans.

Manage a caseload of clients, identifying therapeutic, advocacy, and care needs while engaging team support.

Assist with applications for orders of protection and provide court support for clients.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work plus a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a mental health setting.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), LMHC, or LMFT required.

Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
