Behavioral Health Case Manager (Full-Time and Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities

The Case Manager provides therapeutic behavioral services, service planning, and treatment coordination for clients with mental health or developmental needs. They are also responsible for crisis prevention, linkage to community resources, and maintaining positive relationships with external contacts.

Requirements

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess either a high school diploma with three years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a willingness to travel within the service area are required.
