- Determining needs for rehabilitative services as required.
- Providing leadership amongst the team by directing the interventions provided by Team Outreach Workers
- Overseeing treatment interventions in GLEs/SIEs and model appropriate interventions.
- Training and supporting staff in delivering clinical evidence
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Nursing or Applied Behavioral Analysis required.
- LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, BCBA, LADC 1, RN or Licensed Psychologist (in a mental health related discipline) valid in Massachusetts preferred.
- Pathways to Licensure Application Program: In lieu of licensure you could qualify for this position if you have:
- Completed all educational requirements for licensure and/or certification for LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, BCBA, LADC 1, RN or Licensed Psychologist
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $74,780 - $78,480/year
- Signing bonus: $1.
