Key Responsibilities

• Assists the Director of Pharmacy with staff hiring and training.

• Reinforces the direction of Director of Pharmacy in staff performance by coaching, and providing constructive feedback, monitoring patient care, and fostering team member development.

• Duties/Responsibilities: Patient Care Engages patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.

• Resolves patient issues in a timely manner and thoroughly answers questions.
