Key Responsibilities

Assists the Director of Pharmacy with staff hiring and training.

Reinforces the direction of Director of Pharmacy in staff performance by coaching, and providing constructive feedback, monitoring patient care, and fostering team member development.

Duties/Responsibilities: Patient Care Engages patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.

Resolves patient issues in a timely manner and thoroughly answers questions.
