About the Role

Join Rising Ground, Inc. as a Social Worker – Youth Shelter in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Help the youth identify and develop coping skills to help them successfully reach independence.

Develop, in concert with youth and the treatment team, Individualized Service Plans for youth as per DYCD Regulation.

Develop discharge plans and support networks for residents in the program.

Provide individual and group counseling and clinical workshops for youth.

Requirements

Master’s in Social Work

Good Writing Skills
