RN Nurse Manager, Skilled Nursing

About the Role

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as an RN Nurse Manager in Skilled Nursing. This role focuses on clinical management and leadership within home health care, serving adult and pediatric patients in Missouri.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate and oversee clinical staff including a nurse residency program.
• Lead field staff to deliver quality client care and ensure policy adherence.
• Visit clients in their homes and supervise clinicians.
• Manage internal case evaluations and staff development.
• Assist with in-home client assessments and care planning.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri.
• Minimum 3 years recent hands-on RN or LPN experience, preferably in home care.
• At least 1 year nursing management or pediatric nursing experience.
• BSN/MSN preferred.
• Child Abuse Clearance where applicable.
• Preferred experience with trach/vent/tube care in home health.
• Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills.
