About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an RN Nurse Manager for clinical management in Barnstable, Massachusetts. This full-time role involves managing home health care for geriatric clients in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit geriatric clients and conduct assessments.
• Develop and execute client care plans.
• Coordinate communication between clients, field staff, office, and clinicians.
• Supervise and support Home Health Aide staff.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and training.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
