About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks an RN Nurse Manager for its Saddle Brook, NJ home care office serving Hudson & Bergen Counties. This role leads clinical management and nursing teams in a compassionate, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate nursing staff.
• Visit adult and pediatric skilled nursing clients and conduct assessments.
• Develop and oversee care plans.
• Supervise RNs and LPNs in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and conduct staff competencies.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Homecare experience a plus.
• Trach/vent experience or willingness to learn.
