Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a group of toddlers in a variety of settings (e.

• Ensure the safety of toddlers through constant supervision, effective management of space, proper maintenance of equipment, and regular practice of fire drills and other emergency procedures.

Requirements

• Education and/or Experience Associate’s or higher in Early Childhood Development, Early Childhood Education, or a Human Services-related field (preferred).

• 2 Years of documentable experience working with children.

• Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions Following safety practices and recognizing hazards.

• Knowledge and ability to perform the required role during emergency situations.
