About the Role
Join Cortica as a Speech-Language Pathologist in San Diego, CA, delivering client-centered therapy to neurodivergent children in a collaborative clinic setting. This role offers clinical growth and leadership opportunities through a structured Clinical Ladder Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy integrating sensory, motor, and cognitive strategies.
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with a holistic, transdisciplinary approach.
- Educate and empower families to extend communication strategies beyond sessions.
- Supervise and mentor Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neurologists, pediatricians, and therapists.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active SLP licensure in practicing state.
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification (Clinical Fellows encouraged).
- Passion for collaborative care and neurodivergent populations.
- Leadership and mentorship interest.
