About the Role
Provide skilled speech therapy services in patients' homes as a Part Time Speech Language Pathologist with 21st Century Home Health Services in Oakland, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and fluency disorders.
- Serve as patient advocate and educator.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
Requirements
- Current unrestricted California Speech Therapist License.
- Current BLS/CPR Certification.
- Valid California Driver's License.
- Experience in home health care preferred.
