About the Role

Join Fairview Health Services as a Pharmacist – Every Third Weekend in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical, formulary and pharmacotherapy expertise and act as a resource to students, staff and interdisciplinary members of the care team.

Provide clinical pharmacy services to all patients in assigned area using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

This includes dispensing of medication, completing review for all patients, monitoring, adjusting patient therapies and documenting changes according to department policies and pharmacy regulations.
