About the Role
Join Fairview Health Services as a Pharmacist – Every Third Weekend in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical, formulary and pharmacotherapy expertise and act as a resource to students, staff and interdisciplinary members of the care team.
- Provide clinical pharmacy services to all patients in assigned area using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- This includes dispensing of medication, completing review for all patients, monitoring, adjusting patient therapies and documenting changes according to department policies and pharmacy regulations.
