About the Role

Join Grand Lake Health System as a Accounts Representative – Physician Practice Biller in United States. Hours of Job * Full Time - Onsite * Monday through Friday 8:00 a. m.

Key Responsibilities

Processes and follows

up on all assigned Physician Practice locations insurance claims until proper reimbursement is received.

Monitors and reviews all denials and unpaid claims and take appropriate corrective action as necessary

Utilize telephone and various carrier websites as research tools to expedite resolution for issues

Requirements

Typing, basic math calculations, computer oriented, and good verbal skills.

Able to work without direct supervision, work well in a group setting.

Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.

Ability to recall details and health insurance procedures/processes. Education/Certifications

Processes hard

copy billing, documenting amount and date sent on office’s information system.

Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements
