Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program and possess a valid license to practice Occupational Therapy issued by the State of Ohio. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is required within 30 days of hire, and the role requires working two days per month on the weekend.
