Join StepOne Neurodiversity Services LLC as a Behavioral Health Coach – Wexford, PA in United States. Description Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children? Do you have a heart for helping children with autism reach their fullest potential?

Key Responsibilities

Provide services in the settings where you are comfortable! Our Kiddos: 2-10 years old, many in early interv.

Provide one-on-one coaching and support to clients navigating behavioral health challenges Develop and imple.

Requirements

Patient and Understanding: You approach each child with patience and a willingness to learn and grow alongside them.

Collaborative and Supportive: You work well as part of a team and are committed to supporting the needs of your colleagues and families.

Flexible and Adaptable: You understand the unique needs of children and can adjust your approach to fit each individual child’s needs with the support of your supervising clinician.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $78.9K - $82.5K

15 days PTO.
