Speech Language Pathologist, Home Health

Imagine a per diem Speech Language Pathologist role serving adult and geriatric patients in senior living communities across Arlington and Alexandria, Virginia. You will perform home health visits, conducting thorough evaluations and providing therapeutic interventions for speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties.

You will develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders, educate patients and families, and document care using electronic medical records. A current VA license and ASHA certification or equivalent experience are required.
