Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Navigator acts as a central liaison for oncology patients, coordinating care across inpatient and outpatient settings throughout their treatment journey. They manage clinical documentation, facilitate communication between healthcare teams and families, and ensure efficient patient transitions and access to resources.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a current Registered Nurse (RN) license. A minimum of two years of clinical oncology nursing experience is required, with BLS certification and familiarity with EHR systems.
