About the Role

Join FAMILY & CHILDREN SERVICES, INC. as a Therapist – Outpatient, Independent Contractor in United States. Description This is an independent contractor role. SUMMARY: This position delivers quality outpatient mental health services in an agency setting to individuals, couples, families and children who are experiencing a range of mental health symptoms.

Key Responsibilities

Works with clients to develop acceptable goals and work towards defined outcomes.

Develops case load, supplemented by Agency referrals.

Performs intakes and assessments.

Maintains documentation as required.
