Key Responsibilities

• As an Outpatient Therapist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population.

• Provide treatment for mental health conditions using various approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Counseling field.

• Active, unrestricted license in the state of Connecticut as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• 2+ years of professional experience providing behavioral health services, post master’s degree.

• Experience working in outpatient mental health.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $69,100 - $103,800/year
