Minimum Qualifications Bachelors of Social Work (BSW) degree from an institution accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.

One year of social work experience in a health care setting required, two years preferred.

Hospice and/or home health experience preferred.

Training or experience in bereavement or grief preferred, including assessment skills.
