Requirements

• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy.

• Current Physical Therapy State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.

• CPR certified.

• Cancer rehabilitation interest/experience.
