• Document patient progress and update electronic health records using Kinnser software.

• Communicate regularly with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding treatment plans and progress.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan.

• Experience with Kinnser home care software preferred.

• Previous home care physical therapy experience is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
