Key Responsibilities

will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive accurate, timely, and respectful medication care—selecting, dosing and consulting on treatments that improve health and well-being.

will support patients who are considered inpatient but reside at home, reviewing charts, verifying medications and collaborating closely with physicians on care transitions.

Provide safe, efficient, patient-centered and evidence-based pharmacy and medication services.

Requirements

Graduate Year 1 Residency (PGY1), fellowship or relevant post

graduate pharmacy experience Post

bed health system that includes a 173

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.
