Key Responsibilities
- will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive accurate, timely, and respectful medication care—selecting, dosing and consulting on treatments that improve health and well-being.
- will support patients who are considered inpatient but reside at home, reviewing charts, verifying medications and collaborating closely with physicians on care transitions.
- Provide safe, efficient, patient-centered and evidence-based pharmacy and medication services.

Requirements
- Graduate Year 1 Residency (PGY1), fellowship or relevant post
- graduate pharmacy experience Post
- bed health system that includes a 173
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
