About the Role

Join Lakeside School as a LEEP Counselor – Summer Program, Education in United States. About the Role: The Lakeside Educational Enrichment Program (LEEP) is looking for individuals to work as LEEP counselors for the 2026 summer program. Counselors are responsible for supporting their assigned lead teachers and mentoring student participants (Grades 6 or 9).

Key Responsibilities

Support a diverse student body who come to the program with different and evolving lived experiences and levels of preparation in earlier academic settings.

Help with team planning, assist with instruction and tutoring, and supervision of students.

Promote a culture of inclusivity, uphold an environment of trust, and sustain an academically and emotionally supportive learning space.

Attend enrichment activities which may include swimming lessons, service

Requirements

Hold an interest in youth education or a related field.

Have experience working with a diverse student and/or community population and show an equity and inclusion mindset.

Be comfortable supporting English/History, Math/Statistics, and Science/Environmental Studies and research lessons (interdisciplinary course curriculum provided).

Act with flexibility, creativity, and safety.

Salary: $4,600

Work Schedule

Seasonal Full-Time position.

Night or evening shifts may be required.
