Key Responsibilities
- As an Occupational Therapist Assistant you will be responsible to: Provide treatment per the established plan of care and in accordance with physician orders.
- Assist in identifying goals, prioritizing treatment, and selecting appropriate interventions.
- Continuously assess changes in functional deficits and adjust treatment as appropriate.
- Provide education to residents/clients, families, caregivers, and staff.
Requirements
- Coordinate with therapist on supervisory visits per regulations.
- Communicate effectively with residents/clients, families, caregivers, physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team.
- Qualifications Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.
- Current licensure in the state(s) of practice as required.
