Key Responsibilities

  • As an Occupational Therapist Assistant you will be responsible to: Provide treatment per the established plan of care and in accordance with physician orders.
  • Assist in identifying goals, prioritizing treatment, and selecting appropriate interventions.
  • Continuously assess changes in functional deficits and adjust treatment as appropriate.
  • Provide education to residents/clients, families, caregivers, and staff.

Requirements

  • Coordinate with therapist on supervisory visits per regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with residents/clients, families, caregivers, physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team.
  • Qualifications Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.
  • Current licensure in the state(s) of practice as required.
