About the Role

Join Naphcare, Inc. as a Staff Pharmacist – Correctional Health, 7-on/7-off in United States. Overview NaphCare is hiring a Full time Staff Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team at our Corporate Headquarters located in Birmingham, AL. NaphCare Rx, is NaphCare’s in-house pharmacy dedicated solely to correctional facilities across the country.

Key Responsibilities

will function both independently and collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure continuity of care, accuracy, and patient safety across all assigned sites.

Conduct comprehensive drug profile reviews for multiple correctional facilities Review and verify medication.

Provide clinical consultation to healthcare providers regarding medication therapy management Perform Non-Fo.

Coordinate medication workflow separation between jail and prison populations to maintain operational efficienc.

Requirements
