Key Responsibilities

• will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications by our patients and overseeing the operations and safety of the pharmacy, including compounding, dispensing, scheduling, purchasing, distribution, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.

• Must be willing to serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for California pharmacy license compliance 1+ year of hospital and home infusion therapy experience preferred Two years of recent clinical pharmacy experience preferred Thorough knowledge of infusion therapies preferred Recent inventory management experience preferred Accuracy in mathematical calculations including pharmacokinetic dosing preferred Knowledge of CPR+ software preferred Job Responsibilities, included but not limited to: Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for California pharmacy license compliance Closely collaborate with the nursing organization to coordinate optimal patient care and service for referral sources (hospitals, physician groups, etc.
