Primary Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Primary Therapist is responsible for diagnosing and treating mental and emotional disorders through individual, group, and family therapy sessions. They also conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment and discharge plans, and maintain clinical documentation according to facility standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field and possess a valid clinical license. A minimum of two years of experience as a therapist is required, including at least one year of experience with the specific patient population.
