Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work/Mental Health

Master’s Degree in Social Work/Mental Health Experience:

Two (2) years of experience in the mental health field (preferred) Licensure/Certifications:

Licensed in the State of Ohio o LPC/LSW/MFT (required) o LPCC/LISW/IMFT (preferred)

Work Schedule

Full-time position.

Call responsibilities required.
